HAP Hangers are made from automotive-grade, powder-coated spring steel and are designed for use with any pipe or stud material. They work seamlessly with inside-wall applications, combining a hanger and stud guard in one. With a single snap and securement using just two screws, installation takes about seven seconds—holding and protecting pipes with unmatched efficiency.
The HAP Hanger can also be turned and applied as a surface-mounted solution. Simply install it, then snap the pipe in. All small, regular HAP Hangers from 1/2" to 1" are concentric.
- Inside of the wall: Measure 3/4" from the front of the stud and drill with a 1" bit to create a slightly larger hole for a smoother transition. Since all small sizes are concentric, you can easily increase from 3/4" to 1" without offset
- Outside of the wall: Place the HAP Hanger on the wall, secure it with two screws, and snap the pipe in. Since all small sizes are concentric, you can easily increase from 3/4" to 1" without any offset
- Quick installation: Each HAP Hanger can be installed in about 7 seconds for inside-wall applications and about 10 seconds for outside-wall applications.
- Powder coating: Prevents galvanic corrosion and allows HAP Hangers to be used with any pipe material
- Meets existing construction codes: cUPC listed and SGS certified for voltage above 480V
