Fits: 1-1/2” PVC PIPE
Fits: 2” COPPER PIPE
HAP B-Hangers are made from automotive-grade, powder-coated spring steel and are designed for use with any pipe or stud material. They work seamlessly with inside-wall applications, allowing installation close to the center of the wooden or metal stud. With a single snap and securement using just two screws, installation takes about seven seconds—holding and protecting pipes with unmatched efficiency.
The HAP B-Hanger can also be dropped down from joists and applied outside the wall, where there is an air gap between wooden or metal studs and brick or concrete walls. Simply install the HAP B-Hanger, then snap the pipe in.
- Inside of the wall: Drill around the center as needed using a 2-3/4" bit to create a slightly larger hole for a smoother transition. Put the pipe in, snap the HAP B-Hanger onto the pipe, secure it with two screws—done
- Outside the wall or joists: Place the HAP B-Hanger on the wooden or metal stud, or on the joists, secure it with two screws, and snap the pipe in
- Quick installation: Each HAP B-Hanger can be installed in about 7 seconds for inside-wall applications and about 10 seconds for outside-wall applications.
- Powder coating: Prevents galvanic corrosion and allows HAP Hangers to be used with any pipe material
- Meets existing construction codes: cUPC listed and SGS certified for voltage above 480V
- Safety: Rounded edges for safe installation with no sharp surfaces
